After many years of working in the software industry, Mark Coulbourne decided he needed a change
of pace and enrolled in culinary school. Now Mark is a chocolatier and owner of A Dream of Chocolate,
where all of the chocolates are made by hand and to order. The former Hereford boy is coming back to his roots. Well, his chocolate is anyway. Beginning October 2nd you can visit Cook’s Limited on the corner of Mt. Carmel and York Roads in Monkton to peek at (and purchase) his entire line of products and gift baskets. You can also visit www.adreamofchocolate.com for a glimpse of the goods. We have to warn you though, it will make your mouth water!
